Called Adam when the key stuck in the hatch lock and we couldn't remove it. This was after 5pm but he answered, said he had a very busy day the day after but still fitted us in at 5.45pm. Arrived removed the key without any fuss and even explained what the problem was. Lovely person, very efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend. Adam knows his stuff 👍

Would highly recommend this service to anyone. Rang up at 9am was given a quote and was seen to by 3pm same day when local garages were a week later + diagnostics! Ian fitted a New ignition barrel, coded my new remote key and walked me through what he was doing giving me peace of mind. 10/10

Was stranded with a water damaged key. Phoned Excalibur and Ian made an emergency detour to me that day. He had a new key cut & coded within 20 minutes after he arrived… for a reasonable price too

After I was quoted outrageous prices and potential wait times from the dealership, and multiple people turned me away because they claimed the job was too difficult, it seemed like a lost cause. Thankfully I was referred to Adam - who showed up promptly and had it fixed in 15 minutes and at a reasonable cost. Outstanding service, highly recommend!

My son wrote my car off and my father kindly offered me his car that had been stood in the garage for a number of years. Unfortunately the battery was flat and the key would not open the passenger door. Tried a couple of firms who could not help. One even suggested getting jump leads on the battery from underneath the car and the keys would need syconising. Phoned Excalibur who came round that morning. Managed to pop the bonnet without causing damage and then put leads on the battery. I could then open the car and start it. No problem with the keys. All done in 20 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Van had a key/immobilizer fault and wouldn't start Ian from Excalibur sorted it within 30 minutes of arriving. Great service at a fair price highly recommended if you have a similar issue.

I was without an electronic key for 2 months and it was starting to become a nucense. My locksmith was Ian. He came on the arranged day with no issues. I had my key cut and programmed in 10 minutes at a very good price. He was a happy, smily and down-to-earth guy and gave me good advice. Could not expect better customer service. Will definitely be using again in the future!
