⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The most wonderful bridal experience! I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Charl last night with my bridal party, and it was such a lovely evening from start to finish. I came in having no idea what style, shape, or fit I wanted, but Charl took on the challenge with such patience and kindness. She made me feel completely at ease, listened to what I liked and didnt and guided me through everything. By the end of the appointment, I had found the most gorgeous dress. And I couldn’t be more thrilled! Charl’s warmth and genuine passion for what she does truly shine through. I’m so grateful for the experience and couldn’t recommend her and the beautiful bridal shop enough. 💕

We cannot praise Melissa Marie Bridal enough . The range and quality are superb but it is their warmth and customer care that sets them apart . Due to a serious illness , our bride had very specific needs /requirements which the ladies not only met , but anticipated any potential issues and made adjustments before we arrived . Marie bought the most beautiful dress that really lived up to her fairytale expectations. More than that , the ladies gave her the most special of experiences and gave us all a fabulous memory . The biggest thank you to Deb , Adele and Melissa - you are the best !

Had an appointment there with Charlotte yesterday and couldn’t rate it any higher, Charl was so accommodating, helpful and definitely set a great tone for my appointment! The process of booking the appointment was very easy and painless. What was a big plus, I was able to browse through all the dresses myself and then decide which ones i wanted to try on, the selection of dresses and accessories was great btw! Also they had some snacks and drinks ready for us which was very nice 😊 And also I was lucky enough to find the one during our appointment so couldn’t recommend it more 🥰🫶🏼

There are not enough stars to rate this bridal boutique after my recent experience!!! As a plus-size, 50 year old, first time bride, I knew that when the time came to shop for a dress I wanted to visit somewhere that catered for my size and wouldn’t put me down or dent my self-confidence further. I did my research and came across Melissa Marie Bridal and I’m very glad I did. My first visit was fantastic in terms of welcome and dresses available to try and I did say yes to a dress, but when I reflected on my experience, I realised that I wasn’t 100% sure and I felt like I had been so nervous on the day that I hadn’t really allowed myself to enjoy the experience and take it all in - almost as if it had happened to someone else! A What’s App message or two later and my mind was out at ease, my questions had been answered and another appointment was booked to retry some dresses. This time I thoroughly enjoyed myself and allowed myself to take it all in. I ended up changing my ‘yes’ dress to something that I felt much more ‘me’ in and nothing was too much trouble for the team. I am sure that as the journey towards my wedding progresses, the team at Melissa Marie Bridal will be there every step of the way to make sure that I look the very best I can in my dress. A big thank you goes to all the team for making me feel like a beautiful bride. 😀

After my fiancée had a terrible experience in another shop where she was told her insecurities were in her head and they couldnt help her, making her leave crying and was on the verge of looking for alternatives to the wedding dress. This shop listened and made every effort to make the bride to be comfortable and to help her find the dress that ticks all the boxes for her. Without making her feel insecure or pressuring her in to making a purchase. I am so glad that she gave this place a try. After her appointment where she did say yes to the dress it has been the happiest I have seen her since wedding planning started. Can't thank the team enough for making my bride feel beautiful in her dress that I am now having to wait to see.

Would rate 100 stars if I could. I honestly can’t rate this shop highly enough, from the moment I stepped through the door I was made to feel welcome. Melissa and her mum, Debbie, put a very nervous bride completely at ease, by far the best experience I’ve had in a bridal shop. They listened to all of my anxieties and all about the insecurities I had, they left me and my MIL to look at all the beautiful dresses and didn’t try to rush us at all, they picked out dresses for me after listening to everything I had told them (as well as the ones I had picked out too) I fell in love with a dress that Debbie had picked out for me (one I would have never picked out for myself) I loved it so much I burst into tears and so did my MIL! I went back 2 days later with my MIL and MOH tried a few more dresses on and then the one I picked again and I loved it even more the second time, I said yes to the dress! From the absolute bottom of my heart I cannot thank Melissa and Debbie enough for the kindness they showed to me. They are very knowledgeable about everything bride and welcome you in like one of the family and treat you so, not only are they professional but they are very friendly and welcoming truly a wonderful shop owned and operated by wonderful people. Highly recommend to all future brides ❤️

I just wanted to say an absolutely humongous thank you for providing me with my beautiful wedding dress. I came into the shop lacking in confidence and so embarrassed with my size. But I fell in love with the dress before I even had it on properly despite my self esteem. Charlene made me feel so beautiful and filled me with such confidence. Since I chose my dress I have lost 5 stone. Everyone at the shop was super supportive. I was so worried that id lost too much for the dress to be reconstructed. However Pat absolutely smashed it out the park with her skills and ill be forever grateful to her also! I just wish I could experience it all again for the first time!

As I work in the wedding industry, being a wedding florist it was quite daunting believe it or not embracing the wedding journey and I really was sooo glad I went along to melissa marie bridal, from start to finish ever member of staff made me feel relaxed and at home with no pressure I went along not expecting to find anything suitable for my wedding ideas but they totally got me finding me the perfect dress it was like they read my mind and well within my budget. I would recommend any brides to be to visit this wonderful place.

I went today with my mum and MOH and could not rate the team more highly! We had input from Debbie, liss and Charlotte. As someone who can be rather low in body confidence they truly made this experience memorable for me. I felt like I was a model! From start to finish they helped from all aspects and answered any questions! I would highly recommend anyone to come here who is looking for their dream dress! Thank you girls🩷🫶🏼

On Saturday we went to look for wedding dresses, with no expectations on finding ‘the one’ as it was the first dress shop I was going to. Wow…… from the minute we walked in to the minute we left we was made to feel so special. Me, my mum, maid of honour and my little baby was completely spoilt, with glasses of fizz, biscuits and chocolates. Charlene and Mellisa made us feel so welcome, and comfortable especially when you have to start taking your clothes off to try the dresses on. A beautiful gown was provided to keep your dignity, which I thought was a fantastic touch. The dress selection was fantastic, every colour, fit, style to flatter all shapes and sizes. We found my dress and it was more than I could have even dreamt of. Can’t thank them enough for making a little girls dream come true. Highly recommend to anyone looking for their perfect wedding dress experience.
